Terms & Conditions

• Bookings are taken by Sykes Cottages for Orchard Cottage and Bramley Cottage.
• All dates are week commencing Friday or Saturday.
• Bookings are from 3pm on the day of arrival to 10am on the day of departure, giving time for the property to be cleaned to a high standard.
• It is advisable to take out cancellation insurance.
• Charges include electricity, all bed linen, duvets, pillows, towels and tea towels, high-chair, cot, but not cot bedding. Please bring your own beach towels.
• We ask you to look after the property leaving it clean and tidy, also to pay for any loss or damage caused during your stay, beyond normal wear and tear.
• Smoking is not permitted in the property.
• Unfortunately we do not accept pets.
